2. Installation Services (Important)

• If installation is required, we may arrange a third-party installer upon customer request.
• Third-party installers are independent service providers and are not employees or agents of I-cube Ideas & Technologies.
• Installation fees (if any) are separate from product prices, unless stated otherwise.

3. Liability for Installation

• Any installation work is performed solely by the third-party installer.
• I-cube Ideas & Technologies shall not be responsible or liable for:
  • Installation workmanship
  • Installation delays
  • Property damage caused during installation
  • Installation-related defects or issues
• Any concerns regarding installation must be raised directly with the installer.

• Product availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Orders & Payments

• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
• Prices may include 9% GST, where applicable.
• Orders will only be processed after full payment is received and verified.
• Payment methods are shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

• Delivery dates are estimated and may vary due to logistics or external factors.
• Customers must ensure correct delivery address and site access.
• Failed deliveries due to customer error may incur additional charges.

7. Refunds & Returns

• Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
• Products that have been installed, used, or altered are non-refundable, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
• Delivery and third-party installation fees are non-refundable.

8. Warranty

• Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.
• Installation-related issues are not covered under product warranty.

9. Limitation of Liability
